Payment Options.  eLearning programs may be purchased using "PayPal," or you may also use Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card or American Express.  If you wish to purchase any of the multi-user or DVD programs via an invoice, please send us an email at info@contactcenterpro.com, or call us at (623) 239-3699.  Payment in full is required prior to delivery of services.

Lean & Mean Contact Center Toolkit (Single User) An Excel-based tool that is ideal for any contact center manager.  The toolkit includes nineteen (19) valuable spreadsheets designed to help you determine The toolkit, which comes with your registration for the eLearning program, may be purchased separately.	Lean & Mean Contact Center Toolkit Only $295.00 if purchased separately.
Lean & Mean - 4 Part Series and Lean & Mean Toolkit License fee for single user, including unlimited access to program for a period of 30 calendar days, downloadable program materials and Lean & Mean Toolkit for Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4.  Lean & Mean Toolkit is included. Request to Pay By Invoice.  To arrange for payment via invoice, please email your request, including the bundled license, contact, telephone number and billing address by clicking on "Request Invoice By Email."  Single user versions must pay be credit card. 

User Licenses and Restrictions.  The eLearning Series is available on a user license or site license fee-basis as described above.  A single user license may only be used by a single user and may not be shared in whole or in part with other users.  Bundled user licenses, as illustrated above, are limited to no more than the specific number of licenses included in the bundle selected.  The eLearning series media format for both single and bundled license options is web-based and requires high-speed Internet access.  Access to single or multiple licenses is provided for a period of thirty (30) calendar days, which commences with the assignment of usernames and passcodes.

A site license option may be selected and includes an unlimited number of users located at a single facility.  If more than one facility exists, a site license must be purchased for each unique physical location.  The site license media option is a DVD disc.  Access to the site license option is limited to one (1) calendar year, commencing on the date in which the DVD is shipped to the client.
